C.A.R Window Tint had no website and approached me to design a high-converting one. It was based on Instagram. However, it still missed out on having a portfolio to strongly showcase their unique services.

It had no social proof, no benefits, FAQS, how the services work, or a booking system.

Customers would ask most common questions regarding payment methods, location, pricing, benefits of each service, differences between ceramic coating and paint protection film, resulting the founder to spend more time answering repetitive questions causing frustration.

The only way for customers was to reach out to the founder via call, email, or messages. Every person have their contact preferences.

No booking system which would take the founder's time to setting up manual bookings, figuring out what type of car and service is needed. Also, answering most common questions most of the time.

For the customer's view, it caused frustration as to book a meeting wasn't one click away, resulting into friction.

From repeating same answers to most common questions. to investing time in other important tasks whilst having freedom, improved C.A.R Window Tint's life as well as the customers.

Here's how.

Simple and clean pricing section for each type of service showing videos, dream state images to trigger emotion for the customer, differences between each service, before and afters, duration of service, warranty, and material use.

FAQS section to handle customer's doubts and objections regarding service details and pricing. This improves customer service from the start in order to have a great first impression whilst also saving time asking the owner.

Calendar Booking System

An engaging and user-friendly calendar that shows C.A.R Window Tint's availability where customers can check when is the best time, creating flexibility for both to meet while providing their inquiry details.

While the owner is busy handling other tasks, the calendar is doing the work for him. No effort and no hassle. Owner simply checks the customer's inquiry, pre-qualifies the customer, and receives a fast notification to his calendar and email.
